- Can I combine add-on orders to my main order?
- Yes, but shipping will count separately if placed as separate orders.
- Can I order more than one board?
- Yes, just no more than two of one color.
- How much is shipping?
- The current shipping model for Parallel is that US-based orders have a flat shipping rate of $5 for orders under $200 and $15 for orders over $200. For international orders, there is a flat shipping rate of $19 for orders under $200 and one of $38 for orders over $200.
- Can I use screw-in stabilizers?
- Yes, cutouts in the Portal plate allow screw-in stabilizer use without any o-ring interference. Clip-in stabilizers work too.
