Sales Terms & Return/Refund Policy

Due to the limited and custom nature of our products, sales on Parallel.Limited (including in-stock, group buys, and pre-orders) are final. Parallel.Limited does not support order cancellations or modifications.

Parallel operates within the United States. With respect to all international orders, Parallel transfers all responsibility of custom, import, and duty fees to the customer.

Sales tax is only charged on checkout for domestic-US orders and may be requested or collected upon entry to the customer's destination country or prior to final delivery.

Please note that the price of shipping charged on checkout is related to the cost charged by our carriers for shipment to the customer's destination, but does not cover related expenses that may be incurred upon import.

Parallel can only offer returns or exchanges in the event that a product is delivered defected or lost in the mail system within 2 weeks of confirmed delivery and prior to assembly.

This return/exchange policy does not extend to products purchased from 3rd-parties or secondary sources.

Items in the custom mechanical keyboard hobby are typically straightforward to sell to interested parties. Parallel is fine with buyers selling delivered products or GB slots at any price to third parties if the buyer deems necessary.
